We at Kana Design Studio (KDS) want your purchase to meet your every need. Within 15 days of receiving your product, you can return it if you’re not happy with it as long as you meet the following requirements:
1. Eligibility for Returns: Products must be in their original, unused state with all tags, attachments, and packing still attached. They cannot be returned if they have been installed or used.
2. Shipping and Restocking Fees: Shipping and restocking fees apply to all returns. Your reimbursement will be reduced by these costs.
3. Damaged or Defective Products: Please get in touch with us right away to set up a replacement or refund if you receive a product that is damaged or defective. Shipment-related damage to goods must be notified directly to the shipping carrier.
4. Refund Procedure: Once the returned item has been examined and determined to satisfy our return requirements, a refund will only be given. After the return is processed, refunds will be sent back to the original payment method in a matter of 7 to 10 business days.
5. Exclusions: Final sale, clearance, and customized/personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
Please provide your order details and the reason for the return to our customer care team in order to start the return process. Returns that don’t adhere to our policies could be declined or come with extra costs.
